Dear Management and Staff,
My wife and I write to thank you all for the great service and care you gave to my mother, particularly over her last difficult weeks of her long life.
After some initial concern at the beginning of her stay she settled down and made several friends amongst you and the other residents.
You and your entire staff should be proud of the help and attention you give to elderly residents enabling them to retain great dignity in their last days.
